While I understand staffing protocols, this felt excessive. The desk was without a staff member every time I returned to the hotel around 6pm during my stay, and when I initially arrived at 4pm on my first day. The front desk is shared and always felt understaffed, especially after in the afternoons/eventing. This hotel is a dual-branded hotel, in the same structure as a Home2 Suites. This was my first stay at a Tru property.
